A 12 week curated meal plan for and by Kate Upton based on the offerings she regularly eats to stay healthy and fit. This 12-week plan is part of her Strong4Me Fitness platform, where Kate shares her every day workouts for a balanced and healthy lifestyle. Each week you will receive six days of items:
-First three days of everything you need including breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, juices and functional shots.
-Days four through six you will have a morning meal replacement and colorful juice to start your day right and flexibility to eat out or cook meals
-Day 7 is a free day

Congratulations on looking into taking a step towards creating a sustainable, healthy lifestyle and investing in yourself! This 12-week meal delivery program is designed to be paired with Kate Upton’s 12-week at-home fitness program, Strong4Me Fitness. Both programs make it easy to keep your fitness and nutrition goals on-track even with busy lifestyles and limited time to get to the gym or food prep. And doing them together, you’ll not only see but FEEL major results in your strength, energy, self-care and mental and physical health. To make a lifestyle change, it is important to surround yourself with healthy options that also taste amazing and fill you up! Luckily, this is all possible and delivered directly to your doorstep.

HOW IT WORKS
Each week you’ll receive three days of everything you need for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, juices and wellness shots. The fourth through sixth days you’ll receive a morning meal replacement shake and a colorful juice to set your day up for success. This allows flexibility for those lunch meetings, family dinners or anything else life throws your way. The 7th day is a free day.

You are charged week-to-week and can select the best delivery date for you.

  • Kate created Strong4Me Fitness for busy women on-the-go who want to be healthy and strong while still living their fullest lives. That means with hectic schedules which include travel, meetings, school, children, and so much more, that meal prep is not usually a viable option. We partnered with Kate to take the prep and major time commitment out of eating healthy. We have put together 12 weeks of no-fuss, no-prep, delivered-to-your-door, ready-to-eat, healthy options. Also, we realize that you have a life and other meal planning comes with that (hello lunch meeting or dinner dates), so we crafted the nutrition program to be realistic to your schedule. With each week the plan provides at least 9+ meals per week for the full 12 weeks. To make a lifestyle change, it is important to surround yourself with healthy options that also taste amazing and fill you up!
