I love this bowl! The balance of quinoa and sweet potato with the greens is perfect – lovely texture and just enough sweetness when the sweet potato is included. The sweet potato is cooked perfectly. The texture and flavor is sublime. I’m falling in love with the dressings and sauces – the Tahini Vinaigrette is one of the best tasting dressings I have ever had. The carb amount is perfect for me, I can actually split this and have it for lunch and dinner. I’m on a carb restricted diet because of hereditary stress induced diabetes, and I’d given up on finding tasty Vegan food that could be delivered. Finally, it’s here and I feel amazing.
