I thought it was quite yummy and surprisingly filling!!

I really did not like this at all. I should have cooked the zucchini maybe, but it was painful to get through. I think it had sesame seeds instead of hemp seeds and I really don’t like that much sesame. I’d rather have a cashew+pine nut cream pesto with this dish. I was overwhelmed with garlic flavor as well. I think it could be better if the zucchini strips were thinner, but understand they’d break down fast in shipping.

I never ate raw zucchini. The package of seed and pesto that you add to it make it incredibly crunchy. My daughter tasted it, she does not eat zucchini and she loved it! Shocker since she is not a fan of greens.

This stuff was incredible! I paired it with their chicken and woah, delicious. I was getting little burnt out on the other salads but this tasted totally different and was super refreshing!
