This salad is so delicious! The veggies are fresh and crisp and the dressing is tangy and rich. The hemp seeds add the perfect amount of crunch 🤤. This salad feels so decadent I almost feel guilty, but it’s wonderfully healthy! Such a win.

I don’t even think this is legal, seriously, how can a salad be this good?!! The cheese is smoky and lovely, almost taste like goat cheese but of course better, and the eggplant bacon adds a nice crunch and brings it all together. Plus it’s extremelt filling and nice sized portion. I added som sunflower seeds just for the heck of it but it’s good on its own.
I’m going on another tangent lol but I’m eating this right now and I feel so energized and so vibrant, seriously I’ve been so ill this past week from my chronic illness and ordered UR for the first time, and gradually I’m feeling so much better, more energized and eefreshed. I wish I could recommend this to all my friends and coworkers in healthcare. The time for change is now and we need to start feeding our patients/caregivers/loved ones healthy plant-based meals!

KILLER vegan salad. The sweet potatoes are so perfect, the smoky vegan cheese is beautiful, and it has a great blend. The dressing is very good. Highly recommend for a satisfying and healthy lunch.

I could eat this bowl every single day. I love the mix of the smokey eggplant bacon, the lemony vinaigrette and the crunchiness of the lettuce and cabbage. It’s my go-to weekday meal, that I am able to pickup at my local Whole Foods!

The bacon and cheese were fantastic! Overall I’m not a cabbage fun but I think UR does such a great job with their sauces.

Super yummy. Egg plant bacon and vegan cheese – amazing. I suggest you take the dressing out early to form back into a liquid. I also recommend putting in a larger bowl to distribute flavors. Very large portion.
