Don’t want the peppers, the nightshades, everything else is stellar!!

If you like a salad with matchstick cut beets, pumpkin seeds, peppers, etc. and served with a delicious lemony, apple cider vinegar dressing, then this is your type of healthy salad. I was wandering around my Whole Foods and came across this brand I never heard of. This salad caught my attention as it is organic, clean and healthy. They also had an additional salad (vegan caesar) plus drinks, power bars and snacks within the free standing cooler. After paying and getting in my car I decided to eat it right in my car (I was starving and not the first time I dined in my car) Ok, so I inhaled it as it was VERY tasty. Highly recommend this brand. Superb!!

I love the dressing, and most of the salad. I buy this often enough that my issue is not about a fluke incident, but the bell peppers are ALWAYS soggy and gross. I would much prefer more beets, carrots, radish, even lettuce, but get rid of the peppers. They do nothing for the salad except ruin it. The peppers break down the leaf lettuce and make everything slimy. They do not improve the taste. For the price there should be more leaf lettuce and the other veggies. Ditch the peppers.
