I couldn’t believe the sodium I thought I saw 550mg of sodium…now I am reading this and it 850mg of sodium…geez

This product uses Himalayan Pink Salt which also contains trace minerals, but we do suggest enjoying the product in moderation or avoiding it altogether and choosing a different option if you are looking to limit sodium intake for health reasons. Just purchased and ate this meal from Whole Foods and it is delicious. Reminds me of a raw burger meal I used to get 10 years ago. I could do without all the quinoa as that is too many carbs. I just divided it into 2 meals which was much more balanced for my needs. Fantastic!

I bought this at Whole Foods thinking it was a bulgar bowl, as in the grain. I didn’t warm it up because I didn’t know, but it’s fine cold. The flavors are so good. I love like the lemon and the cumin. They complement each other so well the dressing is incredible. I did warm that up under hot water for about 15 seconds to get it nice and creamy. This was such a wonderful buy. I seriously love this. I will definitely be going back to Whole Foods to get it again. So glad I found you!

We have eaten this UPBEET BURGER BOWL twice now. It is such a tasty dish, from the upbeet burger to the cashew cheese ball and everything in between. (and the dressing is loaded with complementary flavors!!) We love everything about this bowl…..we can’t wait to have it again.

This is a very sweet dish with 12 g of sugar and a very sweet salad dressing with sweet potatoes. Did I mention sweet? I ate it with sourdough bread, but it was still a bit too dry and the only taste I could really perceive is lemony sweetness. Abundant portion of quinoa is included. The patty itself is very…sweet, and not very tasty.
The greens is also just kale, so not very soft. Expect your taste buds to be overpowered by the sweet potato and sweet lemony vinaigrette. Just OK.
