These bowls at Whole Foods currently have 50% more noodles and are delicious! This is fast food perfection! Thank you for making these nutritious salads and please keep it up!

I’m obsessed with this salad. It is so satisfying and filling. The sauce is insanely delicious and although sometimes the soba pieces are too small, the overall flavor is perfect.
By Sobasoba
This tasted quite okay, but as the other reviews said, there are about 3 noodles immersed in a pile of cabbage. I probably won’t get this again
By Frankie
I will never spend $13.99 for their “soba noodle salad” again. There were barely any noodles!!! Super disappointing.
By Nona
This is mostly a bowl of shredded cabbage. The dressing is tasty but to sell this as a “soba noodle salad” For $13.99 is a crime.

I like this salad, love the dressing and the noodles. However, is it possible to put the green onion and cilantro in separate containers like you do with other salads ( capers and chick peas etc.) The cilantro is OVER POWERING, it would nice if we could add in as much as we want. I can pick out the green onions but the cilantro is chopped small and hard to pick out, sometimes that is all I taste. Please consider this.
Thank you

I love everything about this salad! I love the sauce, shredded vegetable combo, subtle crunch, and the noodles provide the right balance of soft texture and taste. Overall my favorite salad thus far!
By Jules
I really liked this dish. I didn’t use all of the dressing because you don’t really need it.
I thought it was a good balance of ingredients. Yes the noodles are little pieces, but doesn’t bother me. You just chew them up anyway.
I would buy again got sure!!

Very good and I nice change. The soba noodles sauce and green onions were all very good!
By Celestrial
I am a huge Urban Remedy fan but this salad is a miss! There are tiny pieces of soba drowning in cabbage. I don’t recall this always being the case, so I am wondering if the UR folks have a soba noodle supply issue. Pass on this one and go for the Macro Bowl or Mediterranean where you get a bigger bang for your buck.

perfect meal. could eat this everyday. jusT enough noodles to satisfy and fill.
By Stefanilinn
Yuck! All I can taste is all the green onions! I could taste it all night! I could taste it the next morning! Gross! Also, just specks of noodles.
By good food, don’t expect any noodles in it
URBAN REMEDY Organic Soba Noodles With Sesame Almond Sauce, 12.2 OZ
If you are going to see through Amazon, could you actually put in soba noodles and not little bits of maybe noodles or not, it was so hard to find them, well it wasn’t worth it. I wanted to make sure my Amazon review went right to you. Actually I really liked everything else about the food, except the tiny pieces of Soba noodles which I thought was the main ingredient, because I love soba noodles!

So healthy and flavorful. I love that it’s not all noodle, but a good mix of veggies and soba.

One of my faves.

I get this salad every time it is in stock from my local Whole Foods. It has a great blend of veggies and the sauce is delicious. 10/10!
By Sylvia Stokes
This was good. It would have been better with more noodles as many have said but I understand why they want to keep the ratio down.
By Dal
I really like this one! I agree with others that I wish there were more/bigger pieces of soba noodle, but the flavors are great and it’s very filling. I tend to add more tamari or soy sauce since it’s a touch to sweet for me, but I keep coming back to this one!

By far my favorite UR salad, I hope they never stop making it! The almond sauce is amazing. If you are a fan of traditional peanut sauces this hits the spot while being a healthier alternative. I noticed some are bothered by the lack of soba noodles, and I can see the name is slightly misleading, but if you look at the clear container you can see how there is a mix of noodles and wonderful slaw to soak up the almond sauce. My favorite UR item hands down!

Great salad that’s delicious cold or warmed up. It’s hearty and flavorful, thank you Urban Remedy!

I recently purchased the Organic Soba Noodles at Whole Foods Union Square in NYC. I was so excited by the description and thought I’d found a new “go to”.
However, when I opened the package and put the dressing I realized as I was mixing it in that there were very, very little actual soba noodles in the container. I love a good cabbage salad/slaw, but this is not what I was expecting to get according to the label.
I would not choose to pay this price for what was basically coleslaw with a few broken up soba noodles mixed in and very hard to find or taste.

Love love this one! I think it’s my favorite of all the ones I’ve tried!
By Bob
Meh. Like no soba and dressing is too thick and overpriced for sure, even from Costco
By Kim
This is by far my favorite salad! It is amazing. I have not seen it lately at my local Whole Foods. I hope it is not going away. It is THE BEST!
By Jennifer Havin
I agree it’s more of a slaw than a noodle dish, wish it had more noodles with the cabbage and vegetables as an accessory . Flavors are delicious however.
By RS
Did not look like the picture. It’s mostly cabbage and carrots with tiny pieces of soba.
By lewla
OMG – I love it sooo much! I’m generally not one to write reviews, but as someone with food sensitivities/seafood allergy (i.e., figuring out lunch on a daily basis can be a source of stress and anxiety) I truly appreciate the UR remedy options, especially the amazingly good soba noodle salad. It’s part of my weekly lunch rotation. Thank you UR!
By LoveMyGreens
One of my favorites with UR! I hope it sticks around – a couple of my other loves are gone. This one is different because of the mix of textures. It’s delicious that way, and more substantial from the soba noodles. I always split it into two servings. The flavors are fantastic.

You have to get this NOW! It’s so good I’m nearly in tears! Lol it taste so fresh and it’s energizing, the dressing is savory and a hint of sweetness, I love that earthy taste of the almond butter and the soba noodles make it hearty and taste almost cheesy? I can’t explain it but it’s amazing, a must try. I was almost gonna skip over this one but I’m so glad I didn’t!

This was really great. I added some jalapeño because I felt like it needed some heat but overall it was a wonderful dish

Healthy, tasty, flavorful, and filling. My dad thought it was really delicious.
