The Cold Brew Ritual

By Megan

Cold Brew Coffee by Urban Remedy

For some of us, coffee is an essential daily ritual. Honor it…

When you need a  pick-me-up, choose one that will continue to hold you up. The rich and smooth blend of cold brew coffee can actually support your body at a deeper level. The cold brew process of making coffee never uses heat. Coffee beans are slowly brewed for 24 hours to create a beautifully rich coffee that is much less acidic and much more kind on your tummy.

Life should never be about depriving yourself of the things you love, but instead about finding a healthier version. Here’s the key: If you love it, make sure it loves you back.

Too much overly-processed coffee in your diet can deplete your body and create an imbalance. On the other, cold brew coffee (Did I mention it’s loaded with antioxidants?) can actually be of benefit to your liver and support your overall health and nutrition.

So, the next time you’re craving coffee and a donut, ask yourself – “Will it love me back”? Of course it won’t, but you have something even better now! It’s time to make friends with organic cold brew coffee, and do yourself a favor, add an occasional almond brownie. The way we believe in food is simple. Give yourself the joy of experiencing what you love, what makes you feel good; just make sure it loves you back. Stay faithful to your health and nutrition while enjoying the flavors of life. That’s all we ask.
