I think we are all happy to put 2021 behind us. The stress of living through a pandemic, homeschooling our kids, the inability to travel freely, feeling disconnected from our communities, and anxiety about the future, have affected us all differently. Doing a juice cleanse or fast can be a symbolic ritual to let go of the old stuff that no longer serves us and clean out the mind and body at the same time.
