I have never done a cleanse before, and this was not so hard. All of the juices are yummy, with the Deep Cleaning being a little more bitter than I prefer but still drinkable. I’ve been stuck in my house for three months now, feeling bloated and low energy. From the other reviews I think this might break my slump! Feeling no hunger, which is a pleasant surprise.

Feeling good after one day of this cleanse! Agree with another reviewer, wish the stevia had been left out of this particular cleanse (it’s not needed!).
The golden milk at the end of the day was the best treat, and Warrior definitely broke up the otherwise very liquid diet.

Love this! I just finished this three day cleanse and am feeling great. I was never hungry, the juices were filling and tasted great. I probably lost 4-5lbs. and feel like I have reset myself into a more healthy eating pattern. I look forward to trying more Urban Remedy products; I am hooked!

At the start of my weight loss challenge, I weighed 201.3 pounds. Just before the cleanse, I weighed 185.1 pounds. Yesterday, I weighed 183.9 pounds. So that’s a 17.4-pound loss with 2.3 pounds of that loss just from the cleanse. If I keep this up, I can get back to my birth weight of 7.2 pounds by July 7, 2019.

Finishing 5 days and really felt great during this cleanse. I love having the thinking taken out of doing this! The drinks are great and I didn’t find myself being overly hungry if I was consistently sipping most of the day. Energy levels definitely improved and my body feels like it is singing happy songs. Love it! I did get one question about if this is low-glycemic, why would they add stevia?

I have done this cleanse multiple times and find myself craving it about once a month. All of the drinks are satisfying and delicious, and it gives me a happy tummy without too much sugar. I definitely would recommend using this cleanse monthly and before special events for an extra boost of energy and glowy skin.

I’ll definitely do it again! This was my first-ever cleanse. I chose the 1-Day Low-Glycemic cleanse. The order comes in via OnTrac (evening) nice and cold. I put everything in the fridge and started the next morning. The drinks taste great! One nice touch: They switched out Cashew for Almond milk and it was a fantastic treat at the end of the 1st day juice cleanse.

I loved all of the drinks — especially Warrior. I found it easy to just have the drinks with nothing else. Only problem: Relax had big lumps that no amount of shaking or stirring could cure. So most of the flavor was not distributed throughout the drink. This was true for all 3 of the bottles I had. Is there a remedy for this or is this unusual?

I’ve tried a lot of cleanses, but this one worked the best. The bottles are laid out by number so there was no confusion on what to do when. The 1st and 2nd day are really hard because you really want to eat something, but by the 3rd day I popped right out of bed and felt really good. This “never” happens so I knew the cleanse was working. I didn’t feel sluggish and I had several people tell me I looked really good, glowing even!
