I loved this meal plan!! I honestly never felt hungry. By the third day I was ready to continue a similar pattern in my diet. Definitely recommend this meal plan to kick start your new eating habits!

I loved this 3-day plan! I feel so clean and energized, everything was delicious and I was never hungry… if fact I have some food left over, so doing a 4th day today 🙂 And I’m SO excited to learn that these items are available at my local Whole Foods… I’ll be doing this and the other 3-daqy plans regularly.
I really had hoped that this might be an economical option for average people to access. I was disappointed to see that this is another money making opportunity advertised as tho it intends to empower ALL women to be stronger. Unfortunately it isn’t accessible for all. Maybe after people make their millions they can release it for those who can’t afford it, yet likely need the guidance and support the most to truly become healthy and strong.

This was a good plan. Everything tastes wonderful. I really like the meal plan card that came with the food. I do think that the workout drinks have way too many carbs/sugar. My carbs for the day are exhausted quickly with this meal plan.

This was my first experience with Urban Remedy and it was fantastic! The food was fresh and amazingly delicious. I appreciated how the Upton Plan included a little meat, as I noticed the others do not. I was never hungry, and my energy levels maintained all day! One word of warning, many of the selections are supposed to be sautéed lightly for maximum yumminess (totally worth the few minutes to do so by the way), but keep that in mind if you had planned on taking these to work as lunches or were traveling without a kitchen, etc. I wholeheartedly recommend this meal plan!!
I am only giving it a 4-star because of the way my food was packaged. I had to throw away 3 of my meals because they were cracked & spilled on arrival. That being said, the remaining food/drinks that were not ruined were great (my favorite was the Vegan-ceaser). I have a busy work schedule as i’m in the legal field, so having healthy, prepared meals is wonderful. I will be purchasing UR meals again.

I love Urban Remedy. I’ve done Cindy’s and Ketogenic plans. The taste is amazing and always so fresh. But I see nothing new with Kate’s plan? And also it appears they haven’t had any specials or sale as of late?
