Chia Pudding

Satisfy your sweet tooth with this delicious vegan chia pudding recipe.

Chia Pudding
Author: Urban Remedy
Ingredients
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • 1 ½ cups fresh nut milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Dash cinnamon
  • Dash sea salt
  • Stevia to sweeten
Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and stir well. Stir every couple minutes until thickens. Let sit 20-30 minutes and enjoy.
  2. Additions:
  3. For a winter pudding, puree in blender with 1 cup fresh butternut squash.
  4. For a chocolate version, add 1-2 tablespoons raw cacao powder.
