Creamy Vegan Egg Nog

By UrbanRemedy

No Egg Nog small

During the holiday season, No Egg Nog is one of our most popular items online and in our stores. It’s our dreamy, dairy-free take on a festive favorite that features heart-healthy housemade almond and cashew milk and replaces refined sugar with fiber- and nutrient-packed dates.

Here is Neka’s recipe for homemade No Egg Nog: the perfect beverage for anyone who craves the Christmas treat but wishes to skip the sugar, dairy, and alcohol.

1 cup (8 fl oz / 250 ml) Cashew Milk
1 cup (8 fl oz / 250 ml) Almond Milk
3 Medjool dates, pitted and coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon traditional vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg

In a blender, combine all of the ingredients and blend on high speed for 45 seconds. Pour into a tall glass.

Makes 1 serving
