Homemade Cranberry Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb organic cranberries
2 cups fresh made apple juice
1 cup chopped gala apples
1 Tablespoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon of cloves
¼ teaspoon of allspice
1 cup coconut sugar
Directions:
Put chopped apples in a bowl and toss in the cinnamon, cloves and allspice. In a saucepan bring fresh apple juice to a boil and add cranberries, apples, and coconut sugar, stir well. Lower heat and stir frequently. Keep on low heat and keep stirring until sauce thickens. Once thickened remove from heat and cool. You can store in fridge a day or two before Thanksgiving and it tastes even better. If you like sweeter add more coconut sugar.
