In your juicer, juice (all organic and washed):
7 stalks celery
½ cucumber
¼ bunch parsley
3 stems kale
½ head romaine lettuce
3–4 cups spinach
Pour in a glass and squeeze ¼ lemon and enjoy!
Optional additions: small knob ginger, cilantro, chard, apple if you can’t handle just the taste of greens.
