Get your Greens Smoothie

We are all a fan of smoothies because of how packed with nutrition they are. Drinking a super green smoothie helps to maximize the health benefits in every sip.

 

Get your Greens Smoothie
Author: Urban Remedy
Ingredients
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup frozen organic blueberries, raspberries or mango
  • 1 tsp cold pressed flax oil
  • 2-3 leaves of organic laciento kale
  • 1 cup loose organic spinach leaves
  • Stevia to sweeten (1 packet or 10 drops liquid)
  • *If too thick add water
Instructions
  1. Add in a blender.
  2. Additions: 1 tbsp wheatgrass and/or barley powder, 1 tbsp Spirulina for added protein.
