We are all a fan of smoothies because of how packed with nutrition they are. Drinking a super green smoothie helps to maximize the health benefits in every sip.
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cup frozen organic blueberries, raspberries or mango
- 1 tsp cold pressed flax oil
- 2-3 leaves of organic laciento kale
- 1 cup loose organic spinach leaves
- Stevia to sweeten (1 packet or 10 drops liquid)
- *If too thick add water
- Add in a blender.
- Additions: 1 tbsp wheatgrass and/or barley powder, 1 tbsp Spirulina for added protein.
