Coconut Almond Butter Smoothie

What is the next best thing to raw juice? Why a smoothie of course. Here is one of our favorites.

Open a young coconut, which you can find at local health food store, and pour the water into a blender
Scoop out the soft coconut meat and add it to the blender
Add 1 heaping tablespoon of almond butter
2 pitted dates
Blend until smooth

Additions-
Chocolate: Add 1 tablespoon cacao powder and/or cacao nibs
Chocolate mint: Add a few mint leaves & cacao powder, and remove the almond butter
Green Goodness: Add Spirulina & chlorella
Superfood: Add goji berries, acai juice, and chlorella
