Happy Cleansing
Purposeful cleansing is a powerful way to reset and heal your mind and body. Here are a few tips to help you make the most out of your cleanse:
In Chinese medicine, the spleen is the organ that regulates digestion, if it's not working properly, you'll feel sluggish and bloated, so it's important to start the day with a system booster. The spleen likes warmth, which makes drinking warm lemon water a great way to alkalinize the body naturally and to stimulate bile production to flush the liver the first thing in the morning. Drink the lemon water every morning of your cleanse to get the most out of your detox.
Around 15-30 mins after your lemon water enjoy the juice labeled #1. You can move on to #2 when you start to feel hungry or around 1.5-2 hours after your first juice. It's important to listen to your body so if you start to feel hungry before the scheduled time, allow yourself to drink the next beverage.
If you are exercising or overexerting yourself, you may need to add some food. Nibble on organic, low-glycemic berries like strawberries, blueberries, or blackberries, a small handful of raw soaked almonds or macadamia nuts, 1/4 - 1/2 avocado, or a few celery sticks.
To get more out of your cleanse, start your morning with dry brushing, an infra-red sauna ora steam. These practices stimulate the lymph system and circulation. In addition to being a great way to dig into your detox and help the lymphatic system drain and remove toxins, these activities aid circulation and are healthy habits to add to your daily ritual.

I have been doing the one day cleanse weekly. The first drink is not sweet but tastes green and fresh. The second is an amazing Java blend smoothie (to replace coffee). The third is similar to # 1. I don’t love the fourth smoothie, Green Berry; too sweet for me, so i will sub it out with one of their other “meal replacement ” options, like Strawberry, for example. Again, the fifth is similar to #s 1 & 3. The sixth and final is my favorite – so yummy, blue golden milk. Since you can become hungry, I eat a half avocado or handful of raw almonds while doing this. And I ALWAYS start with warm lemon water upon waking up first. Enjoy!

Delivery came on time with easy to decipher number stickers on the top of each bottle. The juices and smoothies and milks are delicious and keep well in the fridge for more than a few days, so you can easily order and have them delivered a few days before you want to start. I really like the Blue Magic Milk. It’s such a treat!

I did the one day cleanse today. I am overall pleased enough that I purchased 2 more days worth. The first drink was fine. Not sweet, tastes green and fresh. The 2nd was amazing the Java one. So delish. #3 was similar to # 1. #4 was a delicious berry smoothie. Again #5 was similar to 1 & 3. # 6 was so lovely, golden milk. I drank it warm.

I did a 4 day cleanse. The juices were okay, not great. I ordered it to arrive on Thursday, it came on Friday, which messes up the schedule, and everything wasn’t included. They also didn’t include instructions for the order that the juices should’ve been consumed and each of them came in plastic, so I had over 20 plastic bottles to contend with. Overall would not do this again.
