Eat real food, feel real good
Dietary changes can make a big difference in how you experience allergies, so we recommend avoiding inflammation-inducing foods like sugar, dairy, gluten, refined carbs, processed foods, trans fats, wheat, and corn (and of course, foods you know you're allergic to). Also, certain foods can calm allergies because of their natural antihistamine powers.

Calm the flame
Foods like ginger, garlic, onions, apples, broccoli, tea, and turmeric have strong anti-inflammatory properties and can help to calm allergies. Healthy fats like flaxseed, and salmon offer inflammation-busting omega-3 fatty acids. Green leafy vegetables are loaded with minerals and compounds that improve immunity.
