So yummy and very filling and didn’t make me bloated. Perfect smoky flavour with each piece having a satisfying texture. I’m not a fan of quinoa/vegan food/salads, but this is a salad to die for.

This salad is absolutely amazing and there is not enough good things that I could say. I just wish that there was more bacon egg plant crumbles, but it has been my go to salad every single day.

I thought the vegan Caesar salad was my favorite until I tried this. This is literally my all-time favorite salad with them. It holds up so well when you have it shipped and it last so much longer in the refrigerator. I can’t wait for my next order to come !!!

Love that this has darker greens and that the eggplant bacon is made with coconut aminos instead of soy! The perfect ratio of greens/other vegetables/potatoes, nuts, and cashew ‘cheese.’
