Be sure to wash the burdock root well, as dirt can cling to its rough skin.
4 celery ribs
1/4 bunch fresh flat-leaf parsley
1-2 cups (1-2 oz / 30-60 g) spinach leaves
2 kale leaves
1/2 burdock root
1/4 bunch dandelion greens
1 green apple
1 1/4 cucumbers

Cut the vegetables and the apple as needed into pieces that will fit into the chute of your extraction juicer. Then, following the manufacturer’s instructions, juice all of the ingredients in the order given. Pour into a tall glass.
