We sweated, we hydrated, we noshed, and we had a blast with our friends at SoulCycle!
Urban Remedy kicked off summer at SoulCycle Malibu with the Co-founders of SoulCycle, Elizabeth Cutler and Julie Rice, special guest Cindy Crawford, and Urban Remedy’s founder, Neka Pasquale L.Ac M.S.
The dynamic Malibu community came together to ride and munch on an assortment of Urban Remedy’s raw ready-to-eat meals, snacks and cold-pressed juices.
Summer health and wellness was top-of-mind as Neka Pasquale shared a few of her summer health and wellness tips to staying fit, lean, and energized:
- Hydrate, hydrate, and hydrate again. Fresh green juices have naturally-occurring minerals and electrolytes to hydrate at a cellular level.
- Eat seasonal fresh organic summer foods that are high in antioxidants and help boost your metabolism, like blueberries, acai, and dark leafy greens. Look for foods with a vibrant color and you will know they are full of antioxidants—eat the rainbow!
- Watch out for juices with a high glycemic index (keep your sugar intake low). The greener the better.
- Keep your body moving and mix up your routine: SoulCycle, swim, jump rope, and chase your kiddos at the park. Participate in an activity that makes you happy.
The fun-filled day was as delicious as it was healthy. See more of our fun day below!
