cilantro stems!? ew ew ew… how lazy to just chop up entire stalks of cilantro instead of the leaves. it’s an extremely polarizing herb that a third of all people genetically register as tasting like soap–the least UR can do is use the leaves and not the stems that even people who like cilantro can find too pungent. it totally overpowered the taste and texture of the whole salad. disgusting.
