Welcome to Day Three!

Day 3

Welcome to Day 3. Hopefully, you are getting into the flow of the program. Usually, by the 3rd day, you are hitting your cleansing stride. Everyone is different, but typically most are feeling lighter and more focused. That may be a stretch for some of you, and that’s okay. Feeling tired, cranky, headachy, and fighting cravings is all part of the deal. If you’re dependent on caffeine, sugar, alcohol or on any combination of those, you may be experiencing some withdrawal symptoms. Remember to check in with us on our dedicated Facebook Metta page for support or questions.

Today is a perfect time to reflect on the pieces of the puzzle toward your most vibrantly healthy self. Through my experience, the inner world and the outer world are intimately connected, and the areas of your life to look at more closely are Nutrition, Movement, Self-Love, Community, Living your Passion and Living in Harmony. Please take a moment to answer the brief questions we have provided so you can intentionally choose to make improvements in your life.

Today Angela Lindvall supermodel turned Kundalini Yoga* instructor will be guiding us and sharing her wisdom.
