I was really excited about trying this Keto Meal plan. I’m half way through day three and I’ve been knocked out of ketosis. I’ve been Ketosis for a while now. The food was not that great. I feel I have wasted a lot of money on this.

I love Urban Remedy but this meal plan has been my least favorite of everything I have tried here, which I have been doing cleanses and plans from Urban Remedy for over 2 years. I like the breakfast. It is lean but filling. The juices for the morning are nice. The protein additions to the lunches and dinners are perfect as well. I have to admit I did not love the Thai Noodles, and I really generally like zucchini noodles. I hated the Matcha bar, and was really excited to try it. I couldn’t bring myself to drink the MCT Oil, though I don’t doubt its benefit. I will unlikely be re-ordering this plan but go back to others that I like better.

I can’t speak more highly about the Keto plan. Having tried other Urban Remedy plans in the past I decided to try this one BEFORE the holiday pounds pile on. The food was delicious, fresh and satisfying. The protein kept hunger at bay and there were no headaches or dizziness, in fact I had enough energy to continue my regular routine of morning swims and time at the gym. And best of all, I lost 5 pounds and feel great! Thank You Urban Remedy.

I didn’t feel empty from their veggie pho, and my food-chef friend commented my rainbow salad smelled and looked tasty. Even the hard-boiled eggs were perfect and the juices complemented the plan from day to night. With fewer carbs for lower-insulin, I noticed an easier drop of sugar, at least while I was on the Keto meal plan complete with juices.

This 3 day plan was amazing!! It was so easy, with beautiful yummy food. I never felt hungry…. in fact some days it was hard to eat all the food. I felt great and will definitely do this again.

This is the third meal plan/cleanse I have ordered and definitely a favorite. Plenty of food and the protein kept you full and everything was delicious. Will definitely do this one again! Lost 3 1/2 pounds in 3 days.

Thai and stop me from eating this whole bowl of Spicy Thai Zucchini Noods with cashews and Loch Duart Fresh Salmon made fresh by my peeps at Urban Remedy! Day 2 and I’m feeling so fly. I actually feel satisfied after eating the meals and snacks (yes there are snacks!!). They are full of healthy fats and fiber filled veggies and guess whose janky digestive system is actually loving it?! This girl. Also, I was telling my roommate, every meal has been fresh, crisp, flavorful and truthfully so good. Like a 10/10 will order again which is saying a lot as I can be very picky when it comes to ordering food!

This is fantastic! I don’t feel like I’m on a “diet” at all. There’s plenty of food, plenty of protein- (I’m an omnivore- a clean one tho), the juices and snacks are tasty. It’s even surprisingly easy to swallow a spoonful of MCT oil (medium chain triglycerides), it tastes like buttery coconut cream! If that seems strange, one could simply mix it in with the salad or shake it up in the juices. No problem.

I feel satisfied after each meal, and even quite full after dinners. I am finishing my third day up tonight and let me tell you- I feel great! Plenty of energy, sleeping well, I think I even look more bright.

I’ll definitely try some other plans as well!
