Like sushi in a bowl, our unique Japanese-inspired salad mixes together purple and green cabbage, carrots, spinach, avocado, daikon, and a savory Asian blend of sesame seeds, almonds, hemp, kelp, and nori. Dress it with our homemade Umeboshi Vinaigrette for even more flavor—made from the Japanese pickled plum which is known to stimulate digestion and eliminate toxins.

All of our products are organic, gluten-free, dairy-free, and non-GMO.
