Our locally sourced, organic hard boiled eggs are laid by pasture-raised hens allowed to roam freely outdoors where they can eat grass, weeds, seeds, insects and worms creating healthy, humane conditions for the birds. This perfectly hard boiled egg is a great vegetarian protein add-on to your favorite salad.
