Wendy Hopper

Wendy Hopper is an accredited Health and Wellness Coach, holding a Master’s Degree in Integrative Health from the California Institute of Integral Studies. Wendy is an advocate for your nutritional wellness journey, evoking self-love, empowerment, and mindful awareness around the choices that you make towards nourishing your whole body, mind, and spirit. At Urban Remedy, Wendy holds a devoted, thoughtful, and compassionate space that encourages personal and communal growth, where nutrition is a central tenant to living a vital and fulfilling life. Wendy also teaches yoga and meditation, has an avid interest in emotional and interpersonal wellbeing, and she regularly encourages her clients to spend as much time outdoors as possible.
